The EC90 Aero is the upgrade for the popular Tempest II carbon wheel set. However, it now comes with new Easton-made 56mm carbon rims laced to Easton R4 hubs; the EC90 Aero is stiffer and faster than its predecessor. Deep section rims offer incredible rotational and lateral stiffness providing quick acceleration and a smoother ride. This is a great hand-built road-racing wheel, but is equally at home for triathlons or cyclocross.
